Chem Process Systems started business operations in the year 2002 and in a short span of 8 years, it is the fastest growing engineering company in the region.

Established by a team of highly qualified technical professionals, design engineers and management specialists with core expertise and decades of experience, Chem Process has in place strategic alliances with global experts to provide to its clients the best technologies and cost effective solutions.

The Chem Process facilities, spread over an area of 6 acres, has all its operations carried out from one physical location, thus provides complete management & organizational synergy to the client. The facilities comprise of the offices, state-of-the-art workshop, test laboratory & pilot plants for product testing and R&D.

Chem Process has manufactured and has capabilities to handle and weld all types of materials including Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Steels, Copper Nickels, Titaniums, Hastelloys, Inconel, Monel, Aluminum, and also provides equipment lined with Rubber, FRP, PP, PVC, Glass Flake, Ceramic, PTFE, PVDF  and such other materials.

Clean shop and clean room facilities are available for the manufacture of exotic materials like Titaniums, Hastelloys, Incoloys, etc.

Separate shotblasting and painting facilities ensure aesthetically appealing equipment to international standards.

With a full range of testing equipment available in-house, Chem Process provides Hydraulic medium water testing to 100 bar, Pneumatic testing, Vacuum testing, Helium Leak detection, Dye penetrant testing Procedure and Visual & Dimensional Inspections.

Each and every equipment is custom designed and especially manufactured, to suit the requirements of the client and the end-project.

Manufacturing Facilities

Our manufacturing facility is under constant up gradation both in regards to the fabrication tools and equipment as well as the labour skills resulting in one of the most efficient, experienced and best equipped workshops for process equipment manufacture in India.

The workshop is uniquely positioned as both the fabrication arm for Chem Process designed process equipment as well as a custom fabrication facility to engineering companies and processing facilities.

It has 36,000 sq.ft. Of covered floor space in 4 fabrication bays allowing a production capacity of up to 14,000 manhours per week on a standard day shift pattern.

The facility is self-contained with all services feeding the workshops with power and industrial gases including oxygen, argon and Co2. Cladding/explosion bonding, CNC drilling, dished end forming (by spinning), heat treatment, rubber/glass flake/FRP/TEFLON lining  from approved subcontractors is carried out on a regular basis .Welding procedures and personnel meet various welding codes, including AWS, ASME, and MIL-STD-248/278 specifications. The Chem Process manufacturing facilities are strategically located and are accessible by low bed multi-axle hydraulic trailors for further transportation.
