The Quality Assurance Department ensures not only a consistent interpretation of engineering requirements, but also total commitment from employees on performance of task as per specifications.
Quality Assurance policies are put in place at an early stage for structuring and in-depth planning of the assignment’s implementation, thus ensuring conformity with in-house manufacturing and external suppliers.
Furthermore, regular audits are carried out by the quality management team to make sure we comply to the company’s quality standards. We meet the following national as well as international quality standards:

Since Chem Process equipments are sold in a truly global market place, compliance with local as well as international regulations and codes of practice are absolutely essential. Chem Process’s engineering staff is constantly reviewing requirements in this area and work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that every contract carries full compliance.
Some of the relevant codes include: ASME Section VIII, HEI, TEMA, PED, BS, A D Merkblatter and Stoomwezen plus local regulations.
