Agitated Thin Film Dryers

Chem Process ATFD / ATFE consists of a specially designed vertical-cylindrical vessel containing a multi blade rotors. A well designed dynamically balance rotor developed a centrifugal force to distribute the feed uniformly against heated wall of jacketed cylinder. The thin film created between the blade and heated valve covers the entire heated surface continuously. The film is wiped vide more concentrated material is displaced towards the bottom discharge nozzle/collection pot. Based on the feed liquor characteristic drying can be accomplished at desired temperature by maintaining the corresponding vacuum inside the dryer.
