Effluent Evaporation

Manufacturing of Pesticides and Agrochemicals involves various toxic chemicals as raw materials and a number of unit operations to get required technical grade product. In a unit process, due to impurities in raw materials, variations in operational parameters of the reactor vessels and thermodynamic limitations, 100% conversion of raw materials into products is impracticable. Hence, excess chemicals are fed into the reactor to get the required efficiency and quantity of final product. The unconverted reactants from each unit process generate wastes in the form of effluents, emissions and solids.

These effluents contain high levels of TDS, COD and BOD. Chem Process supplies
Evaporation Plants for the concentration of these effluents incorporating the separation/removal of solvents and volatiles present in the effluent.

Vacuum Applications

Urea Plants

High pressure liquid jet ejectors are used for the recycling of the solution back to the urea reactors, while
multi stage steam jet vacuum systems are used for urea evaporation.
Boosters and vacuum condensers are also available for economical and trouble-free operation.

Others

Corrosion resistant vacuum systems in single and multi stages have been especially designed and developed by Chem Process which are working more efficiently than those of its competitors. These vacuum systems are used to create vacuum in the process ranging upto 0.1 torr.
