Effluent Evaporation / Salt Recovery

The manufacture of dyes and dyes intermediates generates effluent having very high TDS.

Chem Process has specially developed Evaporation Plants for the concentration of effluents of this industry.

Also special process Crystallizers have been designed and developed for the recovery of pure salts from these effluents to be re-used in the manufacturing process.

Vacuum Applications

Single stage Ejectors, Multi Stage Vacuum Systems and Boosters are used for the creation of vacuum in the drying, evaporation and crystallization processes.
