CHEM Steam-jet Ejectors and Vacuum Systems are widely used to create sub-atmospheric pressures for various process applications in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Heavy Chemicals, Food, Edible Oil Refining, Essential Oil and Flavourings, Pesticides, Refinery, Fertiliser, Synthetic Yarn, Power, Water Treatment, Heat Recovery, Steel Degassing, Pulp & Paper, etc. industries.

These systems are used in complete range of processes like De-odourization, Evaporation, Distillation, Cooling of Liquids and Solids, High Vacuum Distillation, Crystallisation, De-aeration, Drying of Solids, Vacuum Metallurgy, Filtration, etc.

Included in our client lists are a host of industrial giants and leading industries of both the public and private sector.

All Chem systems are custom-designed to meet the client's specific needs and take into account their utilities and environmental conditions.

The Chem Laboratory and PerformanceTest Centre is equipped with pilot plants and test equipment. All ejectors and vacuum systems are performance tested as per ASME PTC 24 codes before shipments, ensuring performance on site.

Chem Steam-jet ejectors are made in Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Steels, Monels, Hastelloys, Impervious Graphite, Teflon Lined, Rubber Lined, Polypropylene, High Density Polyethylene HDPE, Titanium, Polyesters, Special Alloys, Elastomers and Other Exotic Materials, to suit to the needs of the particular process and on the nature of the chemicals handled.

When components of an Ejector System are shipped separately for erection and assembly at the client's site, Chem supplies the plans, lays out the piping and also designs supporting structures if required. Also the pumps, valves, gauges and test points are located by us for convenience, if required.

Chem engineers have successfully designed, installed and commissioned thousands of  Vacuum Packages comprising of Multistage Steam Jet Ejectors with Surface Condensers, Barometric Condensers and Hybrid Vacuum Systems with combinations of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps, Liquid Jet Ejectors and Air Jet Ejectors
