Plate Evaporators
 

Feed will be heated in the Plate Type Evaporator by using Steam/ Hot Water/ Thermic Fluid Heater as Heating Media. Water/ Other Solvent will Evaporated using the Heat Supplied from Hot Side of Plate Type Heat Exchanger. Evaporated Vapours will be Separated out in Vapour Liquid Separators. Evaporated Vapours are utilized for Heating of Feed in the Next Stage Progressively. Vapour from Last Effect Condensed in the Condenser. It can be designed as Rising Film Type, Forced Circulation Type, Falling Film Type to suit with the application. Plates with wide gap ensures very less pressure drop during Vacuum Condensation. Wide Gap Plates can be easily cleanable with CIP and Hydrojetting.
