Surface Condensers

Chem Process designs and manufactures surface condensers to condense turbine exhaust steam for power generation applications and is a leading designer and manufacturer of vacuum and heat transfer equipment.

Condensers increase the overall power cycle efficiency by producing vacuum at the discharge of the turbine. Chem Process has years of design and fabrication experience and has supplied hundreds of condensers ranging from small packaged units to large circular units.

Circular condensers can be designed approx. upto 4 metres diameter and for larger applications rectangular modular designs are provided where tube bundles and dome is welded on the site.

Chem Process designs condensers with top and axial exhaust steam entries and because of its extensive experience has an ability to work with exotic materials.
