The mercerizing process in the textile mills generates large quantities of weak caustic soda. Chem has applied the Falling Film Evaporation Technology for the concentration and generation of pure caustic for re-use in the process. Traditionally forced circulation type evaporators have been used for the concentration of caustic, but these are highly inefficient.

Chem Process has successfully applied the Falling Film Evaporators for the caustic concentration achieving high performance efficiencies, bringing operational cost savings to its customers.

Dye Bath Effluent Treatment / Salt Recovery for Reuse in Process

The effluent generated from textile industry contains various dyes, chemicals, auxiliary chemicals, sizing materials etc.

Chem Process provides especially designed Evaporation and Crystallization Plants for the treatment of the Textile Dye Bath and wash waters effluent and recovers pure water and salt for re-use in the process.
